General Information

Name tags must be worn at all oral presentations, poster sessions, coffee breaks and meals.

Smoking is not permitted in the main hotel building. Smoking is permitted in the entryway to the convention center, and in other designated areas.

Photography is not permitted at the oral or poster sessions.

Posters should be put up between 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM on Friday, November 3rd, and removed no later than 1:00 PM Sunday, November 5th.

Banquet tickets for non-registered guests may be purchased only on Friday evening at the conference registration desk for $35 each.

Meal locations are listed in the conference schedule.

Posters will be in the Bivens Arm North Room.

Talks will be in the Bivens Arm South Room.
